General conditions of Sale

This text defines the operation of the Atelier Catalina online store and explains its conditions of sale. Atelier Catalina is an e-commerce site dedicated to the national and international sale of Underwear managed by Rcl Atelier de Costura, Retrosaria e Lingerie Lda.

Prices

All items available at Atelier Catalina are marked with the sales price including VAT at the legal rate in force and excluding shipping costs. If you live outside the European Union, please be aware that customs in your country may charge you additional customs fees. These fees are not the responsibility of Atelier Catalina and vary from country to country. Please check with your country's customs office before placing an order.

Order

To order one or more items, the customer must follow the usual process on online sales sites: use the buttons next to each item to add them to the shopping basket, change the quantities if you wish to purchase more than one unit of each article and check it out according to the instructions provided by the website.

Payment Methods

Atelier Catalina customers can choose between the following payment methods: Multibanco, MBWAY, Shop Pay and credit card.

Shipping Methods

The customer can choose between sending it by Registered Mail (CTT) or picking up his order in our store.

Delivery times

We ship daily, Monday through Friday. Except for exceptions, orders are shipped on the business day following the payment date.

Within mainland Portugal, registered shipments generally take one or two business days to be delivered.
For abroad, delivery times for registered shipments do not usually exceed a week (Europe) or two (rest of the world).

delivery guarantee

In the event that registered shipments are lost, Atelier Catalina undertakes to reimburse the customer for the total amount of his order.

The customer is responsible for tracking his order with the registration number provided and for ensuring contact with the carrier to guarantee delivery.

In the event that the order is returned to the sender due to impossibility of delivery, the reshipment will only be made upon repayment of the shipping costs.

Claims

Customers who so wish may exercise their right to complain through the Digital Platform for the Electronic Complaint Book (LRE) .

Stock break

Customers will be refunded the full amount of items that cannot be sent to them due to out of stock.
